Cankton Village is a city in the St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Cankton Village is home to 362 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 418, It is the 59th least populous in the U.S. state of Louisiana. The city encompasses an area of 2.03 sq mi (5.26 sq km), it is the 265th largest in terms of geographical size.
