Caneyville City is a city located in Grayson County, Kentucky, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of the city was 627 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 660, It is Kentucky's 305th largest by population . It has total area of 1.63 sq mi (4.22 sq km), making it Kentucky's 209th largest by total area.
