Canastota Village is one of the city of Madison County, New York, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 4425. The July 2008 population estimate is 4308, making it the 371st most populous in New York. It has total area of 3.32 miē (8.6 kmē), it is the 346th largest in terms of geographical size.
