Campbell County is a United States county located in the United States of Wyoming. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Campbell County is home to 33698 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 41473, giving it the third largest population among Wyoming's county. The county extends throughout a territory of 4801.56 square miles (12435.98 kmē ), of which, 4796.76 square miles (12423.55 kmē) of it is land and 4.8 square miles (12.43 kmē) of it is water, giving it the seventh largest by total area among Wyoming's county.

The population density was 7 people per square mile (2.7/kmē), it is Wyoming's sixth most densely populated county. There were 13288 housing units at an average density of 2.8 per square mile (1.08/kmē). The average household size was 2.73 persons, and the average family size was 3.16 persons. In the Campbell County, 31% of the population was under the age of 18, 9.5% were 18 to 24, 32.3% were 25 to 44, 21.9% were 45 to 64, and 5.3% who were 65 or older.
