Campbell City is a United States city located in the Dunklin County, Missouri, United States. In 2000, the population was 1883. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1841, making it the 255th most populous in Missouri. The city comprises an area of 1.27 sq mi (3.29 square kilometre), it is the 348th largest in terms of geographical size.
