Cameron Village is a United States city located in the Barron County, Wisconsin, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 1546 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 1707 in July 2008, making it the 285th most populous in Wisconsin. The city has a total area of 2.51 mi˛ (6.5 square kilometre), of which, 2.41 square miles (6.24 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Wisconsin's 263rd largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1546 people in the city, organized into 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 641.3 people per square mile (247.61/km˛), it is the 380th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. There were 661 housing units at an average density of 274.3 per square mile (105.91/km˛). The average household size was 2.41 and the average family size was 2.94. The population's age distribution was 25.9% under the age of 18, 9.5% from 18 to 24, 29.4% from 25 to 44, 20.8% from 45 to 64, and 14.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 96.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.1 males. The median age was 35.9 years, the median age of male residents at 34.4 and the median age of female residents at 37.3. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 1511 White, Black or African American, 13 American Indian, 3 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 14 from two or more races and 5 Ohter races.
