Camden City is one of the city of Kershaw County, South Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 6682 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 7033, It is the 66th largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 9.77 mi˛ (25.3 square kilometre), of which, 9.65 square miles (24.99 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 42nd largest by total area in South Carolina.
