Cambridge Village is a one of the Dane and Jefferson counties, Wisconsin, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1101. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 1367, making it Wisconsin's 349th largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.89 sq mi (2.31 sq km), it is the 104th smallest in terms of geographical size.
