Cambridge City is a city located in the Dorchester County, Maryland, United States. It is home to over 10911 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 11752, giving it the 112th largest population among Maryland. It is spread over 8.98 square miles (23.26 kmē), of which, 6.73 square miles (17.43 kmē ) of it is land and 2.25 square miles (5.83 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 93rd largest by total area among Maryland.
