Calypso Town is a town located in the Duplin County, North Carolina, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 410 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 479, It is the 126th smallest by population in the U.S. state of North Carolina. The town encompasses an area of 0.97 square miles (2.51 kmē), making it North Carolina's 121st smallest by total area.
