Calvert City City is one of the city of Marshall County, Kentucky, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Calvert City City is home to 2701 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 2763, making it the 132nd most populous in Kentucky. The city encompasses an area of 13.93 sq mi (36.08 kmē ), of which, 13.88 square miles (35.95 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 19th largest by total area among Kentucky.
