Calumet County is a United States county located in the United States of Wisconsin. As of 2000 the population was 40631. The July 2008 population estimate is 44727, It is 30th most populous county in Wisconsin. The county encompasses an area of 397.03 miē (1028.3 kmē ), of which, 319.84 square miles (828.38 kmē) of it is land and 77.19 square miles (199.92 kmē) of it is water, making it Wisconsin's fourth smallest county by total area.

The population density was 127 people per square mile (49.03/kmē), giving it the 19th most densely populated county among the Wisconsin.
