California City is one of the city of Campbell County, Kentucky, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 86 as per the Census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 82, It is sixth least populous in Kentucky. The city spans an area of 0.6 square miles (1.55 square kilometre), of which, 0.24 square miles (0.62 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.36 square miles (0.93 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Kentucky's 302nd largest by total area.
