Calhoun City Town is a United States town located in the Calhoun County, Mississippi, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1872. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1786, making it the 131st most populous in Mississippi. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.4 mi˛ (6.22 sq km), of which, 2.37 square miles (6.14 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 167th largest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1872 people, 736 households, and 531 families residing in the town.
