Caledonia Town is a town located in Lowndes County, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1015. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 948, making it Mississippi's 180th largest. It has total area of 2.82 square miles (7.3 square kilometre), of which, 2.82 square miles (7.3 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 153rd largest by total area among Mississippi.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1015 people, 365 households, and 288 families living in the town. The population density was 360.4 people per square mile (139.15/kmē), it is Mississippi's 101st least densely populated town.
