Cahokia Village is a city located in St. Clair County, Illinois, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 16391 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 15103, It is the 134th most populous in the U.S. state of Illinois. It has total area of 9.98 square miles (25.85 kmē), of which, 9.61 square miles (24.89 kmē) of it is land and 0.37 square miles (0.96 kmē) of it is water, making it the 78th largest by size in Illinois.
