Cahokia Village is a city located in St. Clair County, Illinois, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 16391 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 15103, It is the 134th most populous in the U.S. state of Illinois.
