Cadott Village is a city located in Chippewa County, Wisconsin, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1345. The July 2008 population estimate is 1321, It is 311th most populous in Wisconsin. The city spans an area of 3.35 mi˛ (8.68 square kilometre), of which, 3.32 square miles (8.6 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 199th largest by total area in Wisconsin.

The population density was 405.1 people per square mile (156.41/km˛), it is Wisconsin's 140th least densely populated city.
