Byron Town, Big Horn County, Wyoming is a town located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 557 inhabitants. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 557, It is the 72nd most populous in the U.S. state of Wyoming. The town has a total area of 0.89 square miles (2.31 square kilometre), of which, 0.84 square miles (2.18 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 46th smallest by size in Wyoming.

As of the census of 2000, there were 557 people in the town, organized into 195 households, and 149 families living in the town.
