Byars Town is a town located in the McClain County, Oklahoma, United States. In 2000, town's population was 280 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 292, It is Oklahoma's 453rd largest by population . It is spread over 1.65 sq mi (4.27 square kilometre), of which, 1.54 square miles (3.99 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 309th largest by total area among Oklahoma.
