Butler Town is a town located in Custer County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 345. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 357, It is the 422nd most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Its area is just over 0.42 square miles (1.09 square kilometre), making it the 169th smallest by size in Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 345 residents, 138 households, and 104 families in the town.
