Burns Harbor Town is a town located in Porter County, Indiana, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Burns Harbor Town is home to 766 inhabitants. The town extends throughout a territory of 6.91 square miles (17.9 kmē ), of which, 6.83 square miles (17.69 kmē) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 kmē) of it is water, making it the 69th largest by size in Indiana.
