Burlington City is one of the city of Burlington County, New Jersey, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The city has a population of 9736 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 9396, giving it the 171st largest population among New Jersey. It has total area of 3.72 miē (9.63 kmē), of which, 3 square miles (7.77 kmē) of it is land and 0.72 square miles (1.86 kmē) of it is water, it is the 153rd largest in terms of geographical size.
