Buford City is a one of the Gwinnett and Hall counties, Georgia, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Buford City is home to 10668 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 11780, It is Georgia's 75th largest by population . It has total area of 14.78 mi˛ (38.28 square kilometre), of which, 14.73 square miles (38.15 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Georgia's 45th largest by total area.
