Buffalo Town is a United States town located in the Harper County, Oklahoma, United States. Buffalo Town had an official population of 1200 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1087, making it Oklahoma's 202nd largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2.07 square kilometre), it is the 414th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
