Buffalo City is a city located in the Johnson County, Wyoming, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 3900 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 4832, making it Wyoming's 21st largest. The city encompasses an area of 3.53 sq mi (9.14 kmē), making it Wyoming's 81st largest by total area.
