Brunswick Town is a one of the Columbus County, North Carolina, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 360 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 430, giving it the 117th smallest population among North Carolina. The town spans an area of 0.42 sq mi (1.09 sq km), makes it the 34th smallest by total area in North Carolina.
