Brookside Village City is a United States city located in the Brazoria County, Texas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1960 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1984, It is the 652nd largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 2.11 sq mi (5.46 square kilometre ), making it Texas's 796th largest by total area.

The median age was 36.8 years, the median age of male residents at 35.3 and the median age of female residents at 38.8. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 1451 White, 61 Black or African American, 10 American Indian, 16 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 21 from two or more races and 401 Ohter races.
