Brisbin Borough is a borough located in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 413 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 387, It is the 250th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 0.63 square miles (1.63 kmē), giving it the 427th smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.
