Brillion City is a city located in the Calumet County, Wisconsin, United States. As of 2000 the population was 2937. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2865, It is the 184th most populous in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It has total area of 2.6 sq mi (6.73 square kilometre), it is the 254th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2937 residents, 76 households, and 48 families in the city. The population density was 1128.8 people per square mile (435.83/kmē), it is 208th most densely populated city in Wisconsin.
