Bridgeport City is a one of the Lawrence County, Illinois, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Bridgeport City is home to 2168 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 2085, making it Illinois's 480th largest.
