Brewster City is a city located in Thomas County, Kansas, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Brewster City had an official population of 285 in 2000. The July 2008 population estimate is 248, making it the 381st most populous in Kansas. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.25 sq mi (0.65 sq km ), making it Kansas's 155th smallest by total area.
