Brevig Mission City is one of the city of Nome Census Area, Alaska, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 276. In July 2008, its estimated population was 275, making it Alaska's 162nd largest. The city encompasses an area of 2.64 mi˛ (6.84 sq km ), of which, 2.6 square miles (6.73 sq km) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 sq km) of it is water, making it the 34th smallest by size in Alaska.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 276 people, 68 households, and 54 families residing in the city. The population density was 106.3 people per square mile (41.04/km˛), it is the 67th most populated city in terms of population density. There were 76 housing units at an average density of 29.2 per square mile (11.27/km˛). The average household size was 4.06 persons, and the average family size was 4.35 persons. In the city the population was spread out, with 45.3% under the age of 18, 12.3% from 18 to 24, 28.6% from 25 to 44, 10.1% from 45 to 64, and 3.6% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 98.6 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 84.1 females. The median age of the city's population was 19.6 years, The median age of males was 21.9 years, for females the median age was 18.1 years. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 22 White, Black or African American, 250 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 4 from two or more races and Ohter races.
