Brentwood City, Williamson County, Tennessee is a city located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. Brentwood City had an official population of 23445 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 36176, It is the 22nd largest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 34.67 square miles (89.79 kmē ), of which, 34.65 square miles (89.74 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, making it Tennessee's 12th largest by total area.
