Breezy Point City is a city in the Crow Wing County, Minnesota, United States. In 2000, the population was 979. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1614, It is the 340th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city comprises an area of 16.49 sq mi (42.71 kmē), of which, 13.11 square miles (33.95 kmē) of it is land and 3.38 square miles (8.75 kmē) of it is water, it is the 71st largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 979 people, 413 households, and 307 families living in the city. The population density was 74.7 people per square mile (28.84/kmē), it is 58th least densely populated city in Minnesota. There were 899 housing units at an average density of 68.6 per square mile (26.49/kmē). The average household size was 2.37 and the average family size was 2.69. In the city the population is diverse age-wise, with 21.9% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 24.2% from 25 to 44, 29.2% from 45 to 64, and 19.4% who were 65 or older.
