Brandon City is a one of the Minnehaha County, South Dakota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Brandon City had an official population of 5693 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 8757, giving it the 15th largest population among South Dakota. The city has a total area of 3.79 square miles (9.82 kmē), it is the 32nd largest in terms of geographical size.
