Brainerd City, Crow Wing County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 13178 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 13691, making it Minnesota's 67th largest. The city encompasses an area of 8.44 square miles (21.86 square kilometre ), of which, 7.97 square miles (20.64 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.47 square miles (1.22 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Minnesota's 112th largest by total area.
