Boyd Village, Chippewa County, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 680 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 628, It is the 191st smallest in terms of population. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.85 mi˛ (4.79 sq km), it is the 338th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 680 people, 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 367.5 people per square mile (141.89/km˛), it is Wisconsin's 117th least densely populated city. There were 290 housing units at an average density of 156.8 per square mile (60.54/km˛). It has an average household size was 2.48 persons, and the average family size was 3.09 persons. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 27.8% under the age of 18, 6% from 18 to 24, 28.8% from 25 to 44, 20.1% from 45 to 64, and 17.2% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 103 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.6 males. The median age was 36.7 years, The median age of males was 33.9 years, for females the median age was 40.3 years. The racial makeup of the city was 678 White, 1 Black or African American, American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, from two or more races and 1 Ohter races.
