As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 887, making it the 921st most populous in Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 0.81 sq mi (2.1 kmē), of which, 0.77 square miles (1.99 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 846th largest by total area.
