Bowman Town is a town located in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Bowman Town had an official population of 1198 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1149, making it the 214th most populous in South Carolina. Its area is just over 1.16 square miles (3 sq km), making it South Carolina's 84th smallest by total area.
