Boulder City City is a city located in Clark County, Nevada, in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Boulder City City is home to 14966 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 14720, It is the 15th largest by population in the U.S. state of Nevada. The city has a total area of 202.66 sq mi (524.89 sq km), of which, 202.64 square miles (524.84 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, making it the third largest by size in Nevada. It is ranks 20 in the size of its inland waterways in Nevada.

As of the census of 2000, there were 14966 people in the city, organized into 6385 households, and 4277 families living in the city. The population density was 73.9 people per square mile (28.53/kmē), it is the 17th least populated city in terms of population density.
