Bothell City is a city located in King and Snohomish counties, Washington, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. Bothell City had an official population of 30150 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 32307 in July 2008, It is the 32nd most populous in the U.S. state of Washington. It has total area of 12.05 miē (31.21 kmē), giving it the 64th largest by total area among Washington.
