Boston City is a city in the Thomas County, Georgia, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Boston City is home to 1417 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 1441, making it Georgia's 292nd largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.23 mi˛ (5.78 sq km), it is the 344th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
