Booneville City is a city located in the Prentiss County, Mississippi, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Booneville City is home to 8625 inhabitants. The city extends throughout a territory of 25.73 square miles (66.64 kmē ), of which, 25.69 square miles (66.54 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, it is the 17th largest in terms of geographical size.
