Boone Town is a United States town located in the Pueblo County, Colorado, United States. As of 2000 the population was 323. Its population was estimated at 335 in July 2008, making it Colorado's 68th smallest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.45 square miles (1.17 square kilometre), making it Colorado's 67th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 323 people, 131 households, and 90 families living in the town.
