Bonneau Town, Berkeley County, South Carolina is a town located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of the town was 354 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 352, It is the 74th least populous in the U.S. state of South Carolina. The town extends throughout a territory of 2.88 mi˛ (7.46 square kilometre ), of which, 2.82 square miles (7.3 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 206th largest by area in the U.S. state of South Carolina.

As of the census of 2000, there were 354 people in the town, organized into 156 households, and 99 families living in the town. The population density was 125.6 people per square mile (48.49/km˛), it is the 34th least populated town in terms of population density. There were 176 housing units at an average density of 62.4 per square mile (24.09/km˛). It has an average household size was 2.27 persons, and the average family size was 2.85 persons. In the town the population was spread out, with 21.2% under the age of 18, 9.6% from 18 to 24, 24.3% from 25 to 44, 29.9% from 45 to 64, and 15% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 100 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 108.2 females.
