Bonham City is a one of the Fannin County, Texas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. Bonham City had an official population of 9990 in 2000. The city has a total area of 9.36 sq mi (24.24 square kilometre), it is the 241st largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
