Bolton Town is a town located in Columbus County, North Carolina, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 494 inhabitants. It has total area of 3.1 square miles (8.03 kmē), it is the 275th largest in terms of geographical size.
