Bokoshe Town is a town located in Le Flore County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 450. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 463, making it the 361st most populous in Oklahoma. It is spread over 0.53 square miles (1.37 square kilometre), making it Oklahoma's 214th smallest by total area.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 450 people, 174 households, and 122 families living in the town.
