Bokchito Town is a town located in Bryan County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 564 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 585, It is the 324th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.4 sq mi (1.04 sq km), giving it the 159th smallest by total area among Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 564 residents, 248 households, and 150 families in the town.
