Bogota Borough is a one of the Bergen County, New Jersey, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 8249 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 7917, It is the 198th largest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.82 square miles (2.12 kmē), of which, 0.76 square miles (1.97 kmē) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 kmē) of it is water, making it the 53rd smallest by size in New Jersey.
